D&F Drouven GmbH is a development and training company specialized on the production of chocolate and confectionery. Our excellent technical know-how, our practical skills, and our many years of experience in the confectionery industry are renowned all around the globe.

Since 1986, we have been focusing on the production of confectionery, the compilation of information, and the transfer of knowledge. Initially built on the active commitment of Henri Drouven and Ivan Fabry, D&F Drouven is now owned by Hamburg’s Norevo GmbH. Since 2014, our team has been co-managed by industrial foreman Manuel Stumpf as a managing director, who is solely responsible since 2020.

A FOOD SAMPLE FOR THE GERMAN TV STATION WDR

In 2019, we invited the editors of the German TV program “Live nach 9″ on WDR to our training center. Under the guidance of our colleagues, they gained first insights into the vast world of gum and jelly products and manufactured their own fruit gum ducks with plenty of enthusiasm and excitement.
